Studio Rules & Policies

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following studio policies before your reservation.

  • Your booking time includes setup, shooting, and cleanup. Please arrive and depart within your reserved time slot.

  • Furniture and props may be moved during your session. All items must be returned to their original location before departure. Couch sliders must be used when moving the leather sofa. The leather sofa & cream couch requires a minimum of two adults to move safely.

    Do not drag furniture across the floors.

    Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper movement of furniture or equipment.

  • Professional lighting equipment is included with your rental.Please use all equipment responsibly and notify us immediately if any equipment becomes damaged or malfunctions.

  • Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. Guests are responsible for:

    Removing trash

    Cleaning up spills

    Returning furniture and props

    Taking all personal belongings

    Standard Cleaning Fee: $75

    (Trash left behind, furniture not reset, spills)

    Deep Cleaning Fee: $150+

    (Cake smashes, excessive messes, stains, food residue, pet accidents)

    Glitter, Confetti, Sand, Powder, Paint, or Fake Snow: $175 Minimum

    Unauthorized use will result in immediate cleaning fees.

    Additional damage or cleaning costs may be charged to the card on file.

  • Before leaving:

    ✓ Return furniture and props to their original locations

    ✓ Turn off lights and equipment

    ✓ Remove all trash and personal belongings

    ✓ Lock the studio door

    ✓ Return the key to the lockbox

    ✓ Ensure the lockbox is securely closed

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

    Rescheduling requests may be accommodated with advance notice and are subject to availability.

    By booking The Cloud Studio, you agree to these policies and assume responsibility for your guests during your reservation.
